Assistant Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other bar drinks as per standard recipes.
• Take beverage orders and provide professional and friendly service to guests.
• Maintain proper knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients, garnishes, and presentation.
• Manage bar stock, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of the bar area and equipment.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of bar equipment and ingredients.
• Follow company standards for quality, hygiene, inventory, and responsible service.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Well-groomed, energetic, and team-oriented.
