Assistant BIM Manager/ BIM Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and modifying the BIM model in façade / Curtain Wall projects
• Assist in facilitating BIM applications and provide onsite support to the operation team
• Maintain BIM standard templates and object families library
• Communicate and coordinate with different parties in projects

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years BIM modeling experience
• Experience in façade and curtain wall industry is definitely an advantage
• Familiar with Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks and other BIM software
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
