What they need
FlyGuys Roofing is looking to add an Assistant Bookkeeper to our team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, works well with others, and has a bookkeeping/financial math background.
Responsibilites:
- Track general monthly expenses
- Audit invoices to ensure information and values are accurate
- Audit monthly bills to ensure effectiveness
- Reach out to Third Party vendors to set up contractor rates
- General data entry as needed
- Audit company books as needed
- Track specific jobs to ensure profit margins
- Willingness to discover and implement more effective financial strategies for the company
- Run errands as needed
Part-Time: 8-10 hours per week
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
