Assistant Bookkeeper

Assist the Finance Manager with day-to-day data entry for the Dove and QuickBooks systems. Maintain updates to the Dove system, including product and item codes; bank and credit card reconciliation; filing; and all other assignments as directed by the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting in Quick Books
Reconciliation of bank statements, credit cards, petty cash, and cash register
Accounts Payable
Accounts receivable
Dove utilization and updates, Training provide onsite
Customer Billing
Cash flow forecast
Other assignments as directed by Finance Manager

Qualifications: Associate's Degree in business. Knowledge of Finance, strong grasp of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Must have 2-5 years’ experience with QuickBooks.

A background check will be required.

Other: Flexible work schedule required, including weekend availability; Peak business periods will require extended work days and work weeks.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
