Assistant Boutique Manager (Luxury Retail)

About the Company

Our client is a renowned international luxury brand with a strong global presence. They are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their boutique at Bangkok City.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will support the overall performance of the boutique, leading the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold the brand's image and standards, and ensure the team consistently reflects them
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, acting as a key point of reference for the team throughout the sales process
• Coach and develop the team's product knowledge and selling skills on an ongoing basis
• Monitor team performance and coordinate daily activities to maintain a motivated, capable and cohesive team
• Cultivate strong client relationships, using clienteling tools to deliver a personalised, high-quality experience
• Manage escalated client and sales-related situations effectively and professionally
• Oversee daily store operations in accordance with company procedures, and support manpower planning and scheduling
• Supervise stock-related activities and coordinate the team responsible, intervening where necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury, high-end fashion or a comparable retail environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Positive, self-motivated and client-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach
• Fluency in English and Thai
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
