Assistant BPO Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the call center, ensuring efficient handling of customer queries and issues.
• Oversee a team of agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years' experience in BPO/Call Center Operations or related field.
• Proven track record as an Operations Manager or Team Leader in a similar industry (Healthcare/Insurance).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including medical terminology and insurance policies.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams to achieve high levels of performance.
