Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Assistant Branch Head to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence in our NBFC business.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve branch business and revenue targets.
• Manage branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver exceptional performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and cross-selling.
• Monitor portfolio quality, recoveries, and customer service standards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and RBI guidelines.

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 3 years of experience in Banking/NBFC/Gold Loan/Financial Services.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Assistant Branch Head or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, sales, operational, and customer relationship management skills.
