Assistant Branch Head - DST

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets (LAP) for self as well as his Team.
• Driving team for generating prospective direct sales leads (No DSA sourcing, only direct)
• Team will be responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database.
• Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application

Preferred candidate profile

• Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.
• The candidate should have ability to handle his team independently.
• The candidate must have experience into cold calling.
• The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.
• Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.
• Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.
• Good knowledge of local language
