About the Opportunity

In this role your focus will be to support the Branch Manager in the efficient day-to-day operation, ensuring a high standard of customer service, equipment presentation, fleet utilisation, and operational performance. The role is responsible for coordinating equipment movements, conducting equipment inspections, maintaining accurate records, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring hire equipment is maintained, prepared and available for rental.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch and yard activities
• Conduct return inspections and coordinate equipment preparation
• Assist with fleet movements and equipment logistics
• Provide responsive and professional support to customers
• Support servicing and repair activities across the fleet
• Maintain operational records and documentation
