Duties

• Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction
• Support team members by providing coaching, training, and motivation to meet sales and service goals
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and promote financial products and services that meet client needs
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and procedures through regular audits and checks
• Manage cash flow, process transactions accurately, and oversee security protocols within the branch
