Assistant Branch Manager -Geraldton

About the role
Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will help lead the day-to-day operations of the branch while supporting and developing the team. This hands-on role is focused on delivering great customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales across a broad range of products.

What you would do in this role

• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support daily branch operations, including team coordination and supervision
• Help drive sales growth by providing outstanding service and practical solutions
• Monitor product pricing, trading margins, stock control and merchandising

What will help you succeed?

• A customer-first approach and the confidence to build strong relationships
• Experience in a similar sales role or trade based environment
• A positive attitude, strong initiative and willingness to support your team
• The ability to prioritise, multi-task and work with urgency in a busy branch environment
• Confidence using computer systems, with training provided where needed
• Sales experience withing our industry is helpful, but not essential if you are keen to learn our products and industry
