Assistant Brand Manager

Job Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager supports the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and product initiatives to drive brand growth and market performance. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans, analyze market trends, and ensure successful brand activation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing brand and marketing initiatives.
• Support product launches, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Analyze sales and consumer data to generate business insights.
• Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and external agencies to ensure timely project execution.
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
