Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Portfolio Management

• Support the development and execution of strategies for a group of brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Monitor performance of each brand and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including retail, digital, and marketing materials.
• Proactively identify risks or underperformance across brands and recommend action plans.

2. Principal Management & Coordination

• Serve as a key point of contact for assigned brand principals.
• Support alignment of local strategies with principals’ global direction and guidelines.
• Prepare reports, business reviews, and updates for principals.

3. Retail Marketing & Concept Store Management

• Lead and execute retail marketing initiatives for the multi-brand concept store.
• Plan and implement in-store campaigns, promotions, and thematic displays across multiple brands.
• Work closely with Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to ensure a compelling and cohesive customer experience.

4. Store Performance & Retail Insights

• Monitor store KPIs (sales, conversion, ATV, foot traffic) and analyze performance trends.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate execution and customer experience.
• Provide insights on shopper behavior, product placement, and promotional effectiveness.
• Identify issues early (e.g., low sell-through, weak visibility) and implement corrective actions.

5. Product & Assortment Coordination

• Coordinate with Merchandising on product assortment, allocation, and replenishment for both brands and concept store.
• Monitor SKU performance and recommend actions (bundling, promotions, rebalancing).
• Ensure optimal mix of brands and products within the concept store to maximize sales and margins.

6. Campaigns & Omnichannel Execution

• Execute integrated campaigns across retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, and social media.
• Ensure alignment of messaging and promotions across all channels.
• Coordinate with Creatives for development of retail and digital assets.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Brand, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Creatives, E-commerce, and Merchandising teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns, launches, and store initiatives.
• Support store openings, activations, and brand events.

8. Competitor & Market Monitoring

• Monitor competitor brands, pricing, promotions, and retail execution.
• Stay updated on trends in retail marketing, multi-brand concepts, and shopper experience.
• Provide actionable insights to improve competitiveness and brand relevance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• at least 3 years experience in brand management, trade marketing, or retail marketing.
• Experience handling multiple brands or working with principals is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, in-store marketing, and shopper behavior.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
