Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development and execution of brand strategies whilst working alongside experienced marketing professionals. As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in helping to maintain and enhance our brand presence across various channels, contributing to the strategic initiatives that drive our business forward. This position offers valuable exposure to brand management, marketing communications, and business development within a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Support the creation and coordination of marketing materials, including digital content, promotional assets and brand communications
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity
• Monitor brand performance metrics and provide insights on campaign effectiveness
• Manage social media accounts and coordinate content calendars to maintain engaging brand presence
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events and promotional activities
• Assist with stakeholder communication and maintain positive relationships with key contacts
• Maintain comprehensive brand guidelines documentation and ensure compliance across all marketing materials
• Support the Assistant Brand Manager in administrative tasks and general marketing operations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Coordination, Brand Activation, Marketing Supervisor, Marketing Asst Manager, communications or a similar role
• Have experience in FMCG Industry, Stationery Industry, Retail
• Having experience in Brand Activation, Handling Events and Marketing Field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools or social media management platforms
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with an eye for detail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data and consumer insights
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to a dynamic work environment
• Passion for brand building and understanding of brand management principles
• Placement in Juanda, Central Jakarta
