Assistant Brand Manager

The Role at a Glance

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be the engine behind our brand's growth. You will manage Below-the-Line (BTL) projects, contribute to high-impact Above-the-Line (ATL) campaigns, and oversee the journey of product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Leadership: Execute integrated marketing campaigns that align perfectly with our brand strategy.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth analysis and monitor competitor pricing, strategies, and promotions to keep us ahead.
• Innovation & NPD: Drive the implementation of innovation and New Product Development (NPD) projects alongside cross-functional teams.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze critical metrics including sales volume, market share, and overall brand health.
• Agency & Global Collaboration: Coordinate with advertising and digital agencies on creative development while aligning with global marketing counterparts for regional support.
• Operational Excellence: Brief agencies on tactical outputs, endorse budget estimates, and recommend process improvements for reporting tools.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have at least 3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Educated: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, or a related business field.
• Strategic: You are a data-driven thinker who can turn complex analysis into actionable brand recommendations.
• Collaborative: You excel at working across departments, including Finance, Purchasing, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as with third-party distributors and vendors.
