The Role: This is a permanent Assistant Brand Manager opportunity on one of the business’s flagship brands, at a particularly exciting time. The next two years include high-profile partnerships, new product launches and fresh campaigns across several sub-brands, offering broad exposure across all areas of brand management.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll support brand planning and execution across Australia and New Zealand, while taking real ownership from the outset.

• Own brand planning, forecasting, retailer engagement and activations for two sub-brands
• Manage the social agency and owned social content across Instagram and TikTok
• Support budget management, purchase orders and month-end reporting
• Prepare market, competitor, consumer and category insights to support new product proposals
• Brief and manage creative, media, research and promotional agencies
• Partner with the sales team on trade marketing plans, selling tools and presentations
• Ensure all activity meets TGA and AdCheck requirements

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of marketing experience with exposure to brand marketing
• Currently an Assistant Brand Manager, or an experienced Marketing Assistant, Coordinator or Associate ready for the next step
• Consumer brand experience preferred, with FMCG exposure highly regarded
• Organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain momentum through busy periods
• Business or marketing degree
