Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager – Nutraceuticals
Location: Site II, near Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (alternate Saturdays)
About the Role
Join a fast-growing supplement brand and drive product-market fit, pricing and distribution, with direct visibility to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead market research and product launches
- Explore new distribution channels and partnerships
- Shape positioning, packaging and launch strategy
- Benchmark competitors and recommend pricing
- Grow retail, e-commerce and pharmacy presence
- Plan digital, retail and trade campaigns
Requirements
- Pharm-D or MBA
- 2-3 years of experience in pharma/nutraceutical marketing
- Knowledge of the 4 Ps and digital metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
