Assistant Building Services Engineer (Facilities Management)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work in various disciplines of facilities management in our Facilities Management Department.  S/he will be responsible for attending emergency call out service around the clock, fault investigation, tendering process, feasibility studies, specification & reports preparation, site work progress monitoring, formulate maintenance plan, end user liaison and supervision of contractors/in-house technicians.

Requirements:

·         Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

·         Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance / property / facilities management

·         Holder of REW B0 or H0 is desirable

·         Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skill

·         Ability to work independently and be customer services oriented

·         Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing.

·         Candidates with more experience and qualification will be considered as Building Services Engineer
