Assistant Building Surevyor

About the role

Assistant Building Surveyor supporting A&A works, renovation and maintenance projects, with responsibility for condition surveys and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing A&A works, renovation and maintenance projects
• Carry out condition surveys to existing buildings and prepare survey reports
• Communicate and co-ordinate with various sub-consultants (ie. E&M consultants, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, etc) to facilitate the completion of projects timely and under cost effective ways

About you

• Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 1 year working experience in local construction industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Preferably with experience and familiar with government/statutory submission requirements and procedures
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
