Job Description
-Government Submission (e.g. A&A, Minor Works and Licensing)
-Tendering, Project Management and Site Supervision
-Preparation and Checking of Sales Brochure
Job Requirements
-Degree, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines preferred
-Degree, Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in other disciplines are also welcome
-Fresh graduate is also welcome
-Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
-Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
-Independent, Self-discipline with good communication and interpersonal skill
