Assistant Business Analysis Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and operational reporting for the Sales & Operations department;
• Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis;
• Monitor sales, costs, profitability, and key business KPIs, and provide insights to management;
• Support pricing analysis, financial modelling, and business planning;
• Maintain accurate operational data and improve reporting processes and internal controls;
• Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency and profitability;
• Handle ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline;
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business operations;
• Experience in Sales & Operations is preferred;
• HKICPA or other professional accounting qualification is an advantage;
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage;
• Experience in the dental industry is a plus;
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Cantonese;
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and a good team player.
