Assistant Business Analyst

Objective of the position:

To support the planning and delivery of e-commerce and digital platform projects by gathering business requirements, conducting research and analysis, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables meet business objectives and user expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Gather and document business requirements from project owners and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and user needs to support solution design and project delivery.
• Conduct market trend research and competitor studies to identify industry best practices and new opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for digital initiatives, customer experience improvements, and business growth.
• Explore AI and emerging technologies to support business innovation and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Business, UX/UI, IT, Marketing, and Operations teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and requirement validation.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, E-Commerce, Digital Projects, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Interest in e-commerce, AI technologies, and digital innovation.
• Experience in market research and competitor analysis is an advantage.
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms or digital products is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify business opportunities.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), digital performance metrics, or user behavior analysis is an advantage.
• Interest in AI technologies, digital innovation, and customer experience improvement.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.
