(Assistant) Business Development Manager – Civil / Infrastructure Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across civil, infrastructure and construction projects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, government departments, consultants, contractors and key industry stakeholders
• Monitor market trends, upcoming projects, tenders and potential business opportunities
• Lead business proposals, tender submissions, presentations and client meetings
• Work closely with technical and project teams to develop competitive solutions and commercial proposals
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Maintain and expand the company’s client network and industry presence

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or client management in construction & Engineering industry
• Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, construction or related sectors is highly preferred
• Strong network within the Hong Kong construction / infrastructure market would be an advantage
• Strong commercial sense, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working independently
