Assistant Business Development Manager

The Job

• Develop business with our partners (e.g., financial institutions, POS companies, system integrators, etc.) to achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify new sales leads by reaching out to potential partners/customers, uncovering opportunities, addressing their service requirements and pitching products/services
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Work in alignment with the company's sales targets and strategy to drive performance and achieve business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge to demonstrate professionalism
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

The Person

• Higher Diploma or above in business management or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, commerce, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech or banking / payment industry preferred
• Preferably, have an existing network of banking and merchant clients
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and sales-driven
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Less experienced candidate will be Senior Sales Executive
