Assistant Business Development Manager

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Assist Head of Business Development to execute strategies for franchisees of Company’s fashion labels through all-rounded support in sales management, merchandising, marketing, visual merchandising etc.
• Optimize regional franchise business opportunities by devising & implementing strategic business development, distribution expansion plan, account management and collect market intelligence
• Conduct analysis on sell through data, monitor sales performance and business returns
• Develop regional strategy and promotion plan, and seasonal budget and buying plan as well for the clients
• Manage compliance of our brands in all aspects of operations and store presentations
• Support delivery of new country and store openings
• Collaborate and build good relationship with external business partners to drive market penetration within APAC regions
• Occasional visit markets for better understanding of market needs and developments

Experience / Qualification Requirements

• Degree Holder in Business Administration or related discipline
• Possess at least 5-6 years’ at supervisory level in developing the franchise network for the fashion labels
• Proven track record in delivering or exceeding commercial targets
• With extensive business development experience and strong network in fashion retail sector, preferably with exposure of Asian markets
• Able to coach positively and influence both peers and franchise operational managers, and transfer best practices
• Be a self-starter with entrepreneurial flair
• Proficiency in spoken English is a prerequisite
