Assistant Business Development Manager

Job Duties

• Manage and respond to new project inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare fee proposals and effectively negotiate and close deals with prospective clients
• Provide strategic insights and contribute to the development of business development plans
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients in Hong Kong, Macau, and overseas markets
• Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed by Management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to travel overseas as required by business needs
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the position of Business Development Manager
