Prestar Precision Tube Sdn Bhd is one of the subsidiaries of a Public Listed company listed on the Main Board. We are engaged in manufacturing of carbon steel pipes, hollow sections in square, rectangular and special profiles for the furniture, automobile, engineering and construction industries. Assistant Business Development Manager (Rawang, Selangor)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 year sales & marketing experience preferably some experience in steel manufacturing industry.
• Have own transport and willing travel outstation monthly.
• Need to handle customer and lead sales executive and work towards sales target.
• Willing to learn and good attitude.
• Required language(s) : BM / English / Mandarin.
• We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing and sales strategy for new market development, achieve sales target and to identify sales viability for new products development and marketing.
• To build and lead a team of sales executives section for the long term market development & penetration.
• To guide, coach, monitor & motivate the Team members to achieve the following objectives:-
• Achievement of monthly Sales target.
• Optimization of profit margin.
• Timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Timely disposal of aging inventory.
• To be sensitive on market information and promptly feedback to management with recommendation of immediate actions.
• To cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship & proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.
• Responsible for total inventory control with minimize of slow moving finish goods, WIP and mother coils.
• To propose & execute monthly’s sales forecast, yearly sales budget and MBO.
• To embrace the spirit of entrepreneurship and be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommend actions to the management.
• To submit sales report and when required.
