该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities Responsible for the operation and maintenance of SCCT (Supply Chain Control Tower) and ASM (After-Sales Management System), including resolving user-reported issues and proactively monitoring interface operations to ensure smooth data flow across systems. Responsible for the iterative optimization of SCCT and ASM requirements. Provide solutions through requirement analysis, and complete the change release process in accordance with company standards, including change request, solution review, testing and validation, production deployment, and post-go-live tracking, ensuring full compliance and controllability throughout the change management lifecycle. Lead the smooth progression of projects, including the promotion and implementation of the SCCT customs module and the rollout of ASM for additional brands. Evaluate and manage vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery; identify potential risks within projects and take preventive measures in advance. Maintain close communication and collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as OPS Procurement & Logistics and After-Sales teams, accurately understand core business needs and pain points, develop solutions, prioritize them, and drive execution to completion. Regularly compile and publish system operation and maintenance reports, comprehensively summarizing key metrics during the O&M cycle, including ticket volume, issue type distribution, SLA achievement rate, and proactive inspection status. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of proven experience in IT system implementation and operations. Familiar with the core business scenarios and processes of SCCT, with a deep understanding of the system's backend design. PMP or other relevant certifications are preferred. Experience in the footwear & apparel, retail, or luxury goods industry is preferred. Proficiency in SQL is preferred. Ability to maintain good communication and collaboration with stakeholders and positively influence others. Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and resilience; results-oriented with efficient work delivery; ownership mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Structured thinking and knowledge management awareness, with the ability to consolidate scattered solutions and experiences into reusable knowledge assets to continuously improve O&M efficiency.
