Assistant Butcher

• Arrange cuts of meat and display them in a presentable manner.
• Weigh, label, and price a variety of meat cuts based on customer or production needs.
• Receive and inspect deliveries of meat to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Prepare meat into various cuts — deboning, tying, and trimming as required.
• Use tools and equipment such as skewers, bone knives, twine, and other machines.
• Educate and suggest to customers different selections of poultry, pork, beef, and fish.
• Maintain product quality while minimizing waste and losses.
• Observe cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Willing to be deployed in Robinson Nuvali

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
