Assistant Cafe Manager

We are looking for a passionate, Assistant Cafe Manager to run the day to day of an extremely busy Cafe /Bistro in the absence of the general manager . Your role will include being in charge of every individual employee and the needs of the business throughout the days of your working week. You must have at least two years experience within the same environment with managerial experience. You must be barista trained and have excellent communication skills . You must be passionate about your job as the business promotes caring about our customers and other employees . It’s not just about being at work it’s about making a difference !

will include two full weekends with two full weekends off per month

This role will also expect you to be flexible to cover holidays and any sickness
