We're looking for an experienced Assistant Café Manager to support the leadership of our Hillary's café.

This is an opportunity to help lead a passionate team, create exceptional guest experiences and contribute to a café that is an important part of the local community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Supporting the Café Manager in the day-to-day operation of the café
• Leading shifts and maintaining high operational standards
• Coaching and developing Team Members
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training
• Assisting with labour, stock and inventory management
• Maintaining Dôme standards for quality, service and cleanliness
• Acting as the leader on duty when required
• Supporting the development of future leaders within the team
