At UK Case Management, we take pride in our friendly and collaborative environment. We're currently looking for a confident individual to join us at our Head Office in Easingwold. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced Case Managers, some of whom have progressed from similar positions.

Position Details:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Part time hours may be considered

Salary:
£30k - £33.5k p/a dependant on experience

Clearance:
The role is subject to a clear Enhanced DBS check

Role Highlights:
-Assist experienced Case Managers with a diverse case load
-Provide clerical and administrative support to Case Managers
-Liaise with solicitors, support teams, clients and their families

Essential Criteria:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
-Uphold professionalism and confidentiality
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
-Full driving licence with access to own vehicle and business use insurance

Desirable Qualifications:
-Familiarity with Case Management
-Experience working with clients with brain and/or spinal/poly trauma injuries
