Overview
Join our dynamic casino team as an Assistant Casino Shift Manager and be a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving team member issues, responsible for motivating team members to ensure they are providing quality service.
- Assist supervisors to ensure that the table games operations are being managed in accordance with company standards.
- Works hand in hand with other Operational departments to ensure highest standards of service and safety of guests and team members.
- Shares responsibility for the overall integrity of daily operations on assigned shift.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant work experience.
- Have flexibility in a changing work environment
- Be able to work weekends, holidays, rotational shifts when needed to guarantee the efficient operation of the department.
- Knowledge of casino security protocols and ability to handle conflict situations effectively.
