Assistant Centre kitchen Supervisor

Job Summary

Assist in managing daily central kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards. Lead and support kitchen staff while coordinating with outlets for timely food delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage daily central kitchen operations to maintain smooth food production workflows

Supervise food preparation, packing, and distribution to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Enforce consistent food quality, portion control, and adherence to standard recipes

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with SFA regulations

Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, food wastage, and ingredient usage to optimize resources

Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to enhance team performance and productivity

Coordinate with outlet managers to ensure timely and accurate food deliveries

Support the Central Kitchen Supervisor in production planning and operational execution

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in a commercial or central kitchen environment

Supervisory or team leader experience in kitchen operations

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational procedures

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Experience in dumpling production or Chinese cuisine

Relevant food safety certification
