Assistant Centre Manager

Are you a passionate leader ready to inspire the next generation? Eden Academy Pacific Pines are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our early learning centre. This leadership role requires a positive team player who can inspire, guide, and support educators while ensuring high-quality care and education for children. We are a child safe organisation, committed to the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of all children.

Step into a sanctuary of learning. Our centre is bathed in natural light, featuring open-plan rooms and breathtaking natural play spaces designed to spark curiosity. We operate from 6:30am to 6:30 pm, providing a nurturing haven where 112 children explore, grow, and thrive every single day.
About You As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:

• Leadwith passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
• Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
• Build strong connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Maintain a current Working with Children Check
• Possess Australian Working Right
• Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
• Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
• Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive environment
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
