Assistant Centre Manager

About the role

The Assistant Centre Manager's role is to manage, supervise, coordinate, and ensure standards are maintained across the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain good communication, handle concerns effectively, and build parents' trust in the centre
• Ensure staff are disciplined, responsible, cooperative, and performing their duties effectively
• Ensure students are safe, well cared for, appropriately managed, and supported in their development
• Ensure the centre is organised, properly staffed, compliant, and operating efficiently

About you

• Minimum 5 years experience handling Childcare
• Very good in English
• Able to speak, write and read in Mandarin is an advantage
