Assistant Centre Supervisor/ Centre Admin

Responsibilities

• Create a harmony learning environment and maintain great relationships with parents & students
• Provide professional course consultation to the parents
• Monitor students’ progress and communicate with parents to retain a clear understanding of their needs, work out & align with parents on the effective learning plan
• Lead the admin function, lesson planning and scheduling, manage the daily operation
• Collaborate with the teaching team, provide support when necessary

Requirements

• DSE graduate or above
• Good English and Mandarin
• Love kids! excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Confident and proactive with a positive attitude, possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
• Able to do multi-tasks & work under pressure
• Willing to work on alternative Saturdays
• Experience in homework tutoring is an advantage.
