What they need
Assistant Cheesemaker required for award winning farmhouse cheesemaking business near Anstruther in Fife. The successful candidate/s will join our small friendly team and learn to make cheese! Duties include assisting with all aspects of the recipe; looking after the cheeses in the maturing Stores; cutting and packing cheese for orders; cleaning. Part time applications are welcome. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.
