Assistant Chef (Bakery & Cloud Kitchen)

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Assistant Chef to join our cloud kitchen team in Dubai.

The selected candidate will work closely with our main chef, supporting daily bakery production, food preparation, order packing, and general kitchen operations.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience working in a cloud kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or professional bakery, can work efficiently during busy hours, and pays good attention to food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the main chef with daily bakery production, including preparing dough, fillings, toppings, and desserts.

* Support baking, decorating, and finishing cinnamon rolls and other bakery products.

* Prepare customer orders according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.

* Pack delivery orders carefully, ensuring accuracy, freshness, and good presentation.

* Manage multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining speed and quality.

* Prepare ingredients and organize workstations before and during shifts.

* Monitor ingredient stock and inform the main chef when supplies are running low.

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.

* Assist with receiving deliveries, proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation.

* Support the main chef in all daily kitchen activities whenever needed.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional cloud kitchen, restaurant kitchen, or bakery.

* Previous cloud kitchen or food delivery kitchen experience is strongly preferred.

* Basic knowledge of baking, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.

* Experience handling delivery orders from platforms such as Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, or similar applications is an advantage.

* Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

* Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

* Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion control standards.

* Good teamwork, positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

* Basic English communication skills.

* Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

What We Are Looking For

We need someone who is practical, organized, and willing to support all kitchen duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both bakery preparation and fast-paced food delivery operations.

This is a hands-on kitchen position, not a supervisory role.
