ASSISTANT CHEF

• Filipino citizen with a degree/diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience as Assistant Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar kitchen position.
• Experience working in a Chinese restaurant or Chinese cuisine kitchen is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, seasonings, and food preparation.
• Ability to prepare and assist in cooking Chinese dishes such as dim sum, noodles, rice dishes, seafood, meat, and vegetable dishes.
• Knowledge of proper food handling, sanitation, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.
• Able to assist the Head Chef in menu preparation, recipe execution, portion control, and quality control.
• Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff when assigned.
• Good communication, teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours, weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• TESDA Culinary NC II/NC III or other relevant culinary certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
