Assistant Chef

Experience:
Prior kitchen or food service experience in a fast-paced environment; formal culinary training or certifications (such as Nitec or equivalent hospitality credentials) are often preferred.

Certifications:
Valid food handler's permit or basic food hygiene certification.

Skills:
Strong knife skills, basic knowledge of cooking techniques, multitasking ability, and teamwork.

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long hours, work in hot and humid environments, and lift heavy supplies
