Job Requirements

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).

• Professional certification or engineering license is advantageous; certification in safety, fire systems, or building management preferred.

• Willing to be place in Mangga Besar, Tamansari, Jakarta Barat

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• At least 3-5 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in managing hotel facilities, maintenance programs, and engineering teams.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in preventive maintenance programs and facility management.
• Familiar with energy management systems and cost control.
• Knowledge of local safety regulations and building codes.

Leadership & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and supervise engineering and maintenance operations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Communication

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with other departments and external contractors.
• Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
