What they need
We are hiring: Assistant Client Relations Manager
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Experience: 1-4 Years
Working Days: Monday to Friday & Alternate Saturdays
Shift Timing: 8:30 PM 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities.
Manage communication between internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Track project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain documentation.
Assist in identifying project risks and coordinating appropriate solutions.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
Strong fluency in English (both written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Willingness to work in the night shift.
