Assistant Client Services Manager (Operation Department)

Key responsibilities

• Handle business enquiries from multi‑channel clients, as well as respond to business queries from front‑line colleagues. Scope includes online and offline account opening verification, fund deposit and withdrawal, profile update, stock transfer‑in/transfer‑out and other procedures, and resolve a wide range of operational issues.
• Support follow‑up and monitoring of investment‑immigration‑related client declarations.
• Address client enquiries via dedicated hotline and email, provide day‑to‑day operational support, and properly manage customer complaints and disputes.
• Collect and analyse client feedback and frequently‑asked questions, and assist in optimising daily workflows and service standards.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant customer service experience within a brokerage or financial institution
• SFC RA1 Representative Licence is required; SFC RA2 licence is an advantage
• Strong risk awareness, detail‑oriented and able to work independently
• Good cross‑departmental communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
