Assistant Client Services Manager (Operation Department)

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and front‑line staffs via phone, email, and in-person communication with professionalism and efficiency
• Process client requests, including account opening, fund transfers, service-related transactions and other operational procedures
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, updating systems promptly and ensuring data integrity
• Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner, escalating complex matters to senior staff when necessary
• Assist with reporting and monitoring for investment‑immigration clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and client satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3‑year relevant customer service experience within a brokerage or financial institution
• SFC RA1 Representative Licence is required; SFC RA2 licence is an advantage
• Strong risk awareness, detail‑oriented and able to work independently
• Good cross‑departmental communication skills
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
