Assistant Clinic Manager

The Assistant Clinic Manager (ACM) serves as the Head of Clinic and is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the chiropractic clinic. This role oversees daily clinical and administrative operations, ensures high-quality patient care, manages multidisciplinary teams (Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Myotherapists, Front Desk Officers, and support staff), and drives operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence in alignment with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a graduate of any medical related Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in wellness clinic or healthcare management.
• Able to multi task and adapt to different situation, able to handle fast paced clinical environment.
• Has above average computer skills particularly in MS Word, Excel and PPT.
• Has strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of chiropractic practices and terminology is a plus.
