Assistant Club Manager

About the role

Snap Fitness Highland Park is looking for a people-focused Assistant Club Manager to join the team. You will support the day-to-day running of the club, deliver an outstanding member experience, conduct new-member orientations, assist with membership enquiries and sales, maintain club standards, and help build a welcoming environment where members feel valued and supported. Comprehensive First Aid Certificate Required.

About you

• Reliable, organised, proactive, and confident communicating with people from all walks of life
• Fitness industry experience preferred
• Outstanding customer service, empathy, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping people
• Can consistently work both Saturday and Sunday, through to Wednesday each week
• Weekend availability is essential
