Assistant

Club Miracle manages luxury villas for international owners in Phuket. We are looking for an organised, reliable person to support our office team.

This is an on-site position in Phuket. Daily work is conducted exclusively in Thai, so fluent spoken and written Thai is essential. Applicants should already be based in Thailand and able to work from our Phuket office.

Your role

• Enter and update information in our internal system.
• Prepare, check and file documents.
• Help prepare reports and spreadsheets.
• Follow up on missing information.
• Assist the operations and accounting teams.
• Support general office administration.

Your profile

• Fluent in spoken and written Thai, with a good understanding of English.
• Comfortable using computers and spreadsheets.
• Organised, careful and attentive to detail.
• Reliable and able to complete tasks on time.
• Positive and willing to learn.

Previous office experience is welcome, but motivation and reliability matter more .
