- Collection Operations-
Support the collection team in managing and recovering overdue accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency.
- Team Support-
Assist in leading a team of collection executives, providing guidance and training.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Customer Handling-
Handle complex customer queries and negotiate repayment plans.
Ensure empathetic and professional communication with delinquent customers.
- Process Optimization-
Identify areas for improvement in collection processes and implement changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, etc.) and company policies.
- Reporting & Analytics-
Prepare reports on collection metrics, trends, and portfolio health.
Analyze data to drive collection strategy improvement.
