Assistant Commercial Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and civil engineering sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective clients
• Handle clients' enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage quotation preparation, tender submission and contract negotiation
• Assist in cost estimation, sales budgeting and forecasting activities

Requirements

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
• Holder of valid driving license
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Immediate availability is preferred
